Terms of Trade

Unit prices do not include GST or Freight. New or Casual paying customers – payment prior to delivery. Established Account Customers – Strictly net 20th of the month following the month of delivery. Interest will be charged at 2% per month on all overdue accounts.
OWNERSHIP:

The risk in the products or plants supplied by NATURES CREATION LTD to the buyer shall pass to the buyer upon delivery, but the ownership of them shall not pass to the buyer until the buyer has discharged all outstanding indebtedness to NATURES CREATION LTD
